ORY parts are matched to specific model configurations. BRM40-1/BRM40-2/BRM40-3 parts are largely cross-compatible within the 40cc family. Does the Centrifugal Clutch fit both BRM100P-1 and BRM100-4?
Yes. The Centrifugal Clutch Assembly ($39.99) fits BRM100P-1 and BRM100-4 with Lifan 105cc engine. Not universal — not for other engine sizes. Verify engine model and shaft size before purchase.
Does the Complete Wheel include tire + rim, and how to choose Front vs Rear?
Yes. It's a complete assembly ($71.99) — pre-mounted 145/70-6 tire on steel rim with off-road tread. Select Front or Rear variant when ordering. Choose this if your rim is bent, you have no tire tools, or want plug-and-play install.
Which chain fits my bike: 134-Link, 144-Link, or 98-Link?
BRM100P-1 105cc = 134-Link ($29.99), BRM100-4 99cc = 144-Link ($26.99), BRM40-2 = T8F 98-Link ($16.99). They are not interchangeable. Verify length, lubricate after install, and adjust tension.
When should I replace the Lifan 105cc Carburetor?
Replace it ($29.99, fits BRM100P-1 only) if you have hard starting, rough idle, fuel leakage, poor acceleration, or stalling. It ensures correct air-fuel mixture for smooth starting and stable idle.
What are signs of a worn clutch that needs replacement?
Slipping acceleration, poor take-off power, excessive noise, burnt smell, or chain engagement issues. The OEM-fit automatic centrifugal clutch restores smooth power transfer to the rear chain drive.
