Yes—use the adult mini bike size and weight guide to check rider fit.The BRM100P-1 and BRM100-4 are rated to carry adults up to 220 lb,and the BMB40 to 185 lb.If you're heavier than that or want more power,start with the BRM100 frame and build up to a 196cc for a bike sized to a bigger adult.
