Does my dirt bike/gas pocket bike/ride-on motorcycle/electric go-kart/gas go-kart have a serial number/VIN number?
Unfortunately, the product does not come with a serial number/VIN number since it is an off-road toy for kids.
How to cancel my order?
Please email your order to support@oryxearth.comat your earliest convenience, and we would be happy to help you with the cancellation.
What is my order status?
Please email us with your order number to support@oryxearth.com , we would love to check it for you. If you have a tracking number, you can also track the status of your order on FedEx or the R+L official site about its estimated delivery date.

Where can FRP orders be shipped?
ORY currently ships to:
50 states (not all items ship to AK or HI) within the U.S.
Gas-related items may have restrictions that prevent shipment to CA.
NOTE:
**We do not ship to US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands), APO/FPO (AA, AE, and AP), and overseas.
**We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to size constraints.

Which carrier does your store use?
We will assign different carriers for different products:
For the toys, such as dirt bikes, gas pocket bikes, ride-on motorcycles, we ship through FedEx.
For the battery terminals sold in our store, we ship them through USPS.
For the replacement parts, such as tires and battery for the electric go-kart, we ship them through FedEx.
For other replacement parts, in general, we ship them through USPS.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We take every step to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely fashion. To accomplish that, we can only accept physical addresses (no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses).
This gas powered bike will come with gas?
Your bike was shipped with an empty gas tank, as we are unable to ship products containing gasoline. The correct gasoline should be purchased separately. We recommend using #87.
Do you ship to California？
Under California's Proposition 65, we do not allow gasoline-related products to be shipped to California.
The tracking number shows delivered, but where is my order?

What should I do if I want to change my address?
Please email your change of address request to support@oryxearth.com
If your order has not yet shipped, we can help you change the address in our system.
If your order has been shipped, you can either contact us or call the carrier customer service with your information, such as the name and the original address on your order.
How long until my order arrives?
For FedEx Ground shipments: generally 2-5 business days
For USPS shipments: generally 2-5 business days and
Time in transit can be found on the carrier website with your tracking number. All shipping times may increase by several days between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shipping companies generally close for major holidays. Please feel free to email us support@oryxearth.com, if you have any questions regarding the shipment.

I am within the 60-day warranty period, so where can I get the replacement part?
Please check our Parts page or send email to support@oryxearth.com with any questions regarding parts. If you are not sure which part you need, please feel free to take a detailed picture of the parts you need, and our technicians will check them out for you.
Will the mini bike comes with assemble tools?
Yes, tools are included in the package to help you assemble the mini bike easily. And the package also include a rechargeable headlight and neck gaiter for free.
Do you guys sell replacement?

Is the tire tubeless?
Yes, MiniBike has tubeless, vacuum tires.

How long is the warranty for the item I purchased?
We offer 60 days warranty for the product and parts purchased from our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to email support@oryxearth.com for help of call +1818-879-3881.
What if I purchased the item for more than 60 days, what option do I have?
In this case, we are unable to issue a free replacement part or issue a return label for replacement or refund. You might need to tell us which part you need or send us a detailed picture of the part through our customer service email: support@oryxearth.com.
After we confirm with our technician to check whether we have these parts or not, we will then send you a direct link to purchase those

Can this mini bike to ride on the road?
We do not recommend riding on public roads, as this may violate the laws in your area. We suggest that you ride on relatively flat surfaces, such as grassland, sandy land, and muddy mountain roads.

Will my shipping fee be refunded if I make a return?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
My card was lost, could you please issue the refund to the other bank card that I used?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue the refund to other methods since we do not have the authority to do this, and refunding to another payment method is prohibited on Shopify.

How fast can it go?
Top speed can be affected by various factors such as road conditions, rider weight, and more. In our tests, the maximum speed reached was 28 mph.
Does 10w40 work？
Yes, it works. But we recommend using 15W-40 for engine oil. Because different types of oil have different viscosities, they may affect engine performance.
Is the MiniBike easy to assemble?
Yes, the MiniBike is easy to assemble. It comes 85% pre-assembled, and you just need to put together the remaining parts: the front protector, rear handle, tires, handlebar, number plate, plastic protective cover, heat shield, and stickers. Plus, there's a detailed step-by-step video to guide you through the process, making it even easier.
How much do you weight?
The maximum weight capacity of the MiniBike is 220 lbs.
