How much assembly is required and is it easy to assemble?

This Mini Bike is 90% assembled. You only need to assemble the front wheel, handlebars, fenders, and other simple parts, which is very easy. Refer to the video or provided instructions for more details.

What size tubing is used for the handlebar?

The handlebar has an outside diameter of 22mm and a thickness of 2mm.

Is the mini bike waterproof?

While the mini bike is solid in the rain, it is not completely waterproof. It is recommended to avoid running it through water bodies like rivers or ponds.

Does it have shock absorbers?

No, this mini bike is not equipped with shock absorbers.

Is this minibike sturdy?

What size tires are on the bike and do they require inner tubes?

Can a 212cc motor be put on it?

Yes, a 212cc motor can be fitted, as there are many people who have modified this dirt bike with even larger engines.

I'm 6'0, am I too big for it?

It's more about weight than height. This mini bike is designed for kids, so if you weigh 190 lbs, it should work, but it may be more comfortable for someone smaller.

Can replacement parts be purchased?

How do you oil the clutch as mentioned in the manual?

To oil the clutch, remove the plastic cover on the side of the bike where the chain is located. There should be a small rubber plug on the cover. Remove the plug and use an oil squirt bottle to drip oil onto the clutch. Apply a few drops on each side of the clutch.
