SHIPPING
We offer Standard Delivery to the United States, and we may accept orders to Canada or other North American countries. Please reach out to our support team for confirmation. For the delivery of our best-selling mini bikes, we have partnered with the trusted FedEx carrier.

Unlike Amazon, we provide free shipping on all orders totaling $349 or more. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of just $50 applies. This ensures you always get the best value, no matter what you're purchasing.

Delivery duration typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the proximity of our warehouse. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed. You can also easily track your order through your Oryxearth account.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Unlike Amazon, our goods are duty-free, providing you with an even more cost-effective shopping experience.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return after receiving your item. This is double the standard return window you'll find on Amazon, providing you with greater flexibility and peace of mind.

To be eligible for a return, simply ensure your item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Once you've initiated the return process by contacting our support team, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.
