Shipping Time

Our shipping process consists of two main stages:

  • Order Processing Time (24-48 hours): This includes order confirmation, adjustments, quality inspection, and packaging.
  • Shipping Time (approx. 4-8 business days): The time required for your order to be shipped from our international distribution center to your designated delivery address.

Oryxearth currently ships to:

  • United States: We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. (Some items may not be available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Note: Gas-powered items may be subject to shipping restrictions in California.
  • Europe: We offer extensive shipping across the European region, including:
  • Main Carriers: GEL, DPD, DHL
  • Shipping Time: Usually 3-7 business days. Exact delivery times vary by country and region, and you can use the provided tracking number to check detailed information on the carrier’s website.
  • Other International Regions: We support shipping to many regions around the world. Please refer to the product page for specific countries and regions supported.

Unsupported Regions:

  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and Marshall Islands.
  • APO/FPO Addresses (AA, AE, and AP).
  • Overseas Areas (Some remote areas may not be within our shipping coverage).
  • P.O. Box Addresses: Due to size limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times:

  • FedEx Ground: Typically 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Ground: Typically 2-5 business days.
  • Europe: Carriers such as GEL, DPD, DHL usually require 2-5 business days.
