Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of your purchase.

However, please note that our warranty does not cover individual parts purchased separately, such as tires, brake pads, and chains.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@oryxearth.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how to return the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

The 30-day warranty does not cover issues caused by the following:

  • Commercial use, accidents, abuse, or neglect;
  • Failure to follow instructions, user manuals, or specifications (including improper storage or exceeding data write/read limits);
  • Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or modification;
  • Theft;
  • Failures caused by other devices. If the product’s return label has been removed, damaged, or tampered with, or any modifications have been made (including unauthorized removal of components or casing), the limited warranty will be voided;

Special Note on Shipping Damage: Shipping damage must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving the package. All plastic parts are not covered under warranty after the shipping damage claim period.

  • Non-transferable warranty.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that any modifications to the product may void the warranty. Ensure you follow our product care and maintenance recommendations to keep the product in good working condition and prevent warranty voiding.


How to Return

If you need to return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@oryxearth.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Approval & Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm whether your return request is accepted and provide you with the correct return address. (Please note: If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of approving your return request, your return request will be canceled.)
  • Prepare for Return: Please package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying items.
  • Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided and inform our customer service team of the tracking number.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Pre-order items.
  • Used or non-original condition items.
  • Promotional items (including Buy One Get One Free offers).
